| The SRC Board of Trustees is composed of elected volunteer club members that serve without compensation.
The mission of the Board of Trustees is to serve as the voice and representation of our member-owned club as set forth in the club Bylaws. The Board of Trustees makes business, facility, financial and personnel decisions with the best interest of the club foremost.
SRC members can read the club Bylaws by using the member login located at the SRC home page of our website. A copy of the SRC Bylaws may also be obtained at the club front desk.
The SRC Board of Trustees encourages club members to voice their concerns and make any recommendations regarding club facilities, personnel, programs and policies in written form or by reserving an agenda time at the next Board meeting or by e-mail at srcboard@spokaneracquetclub.com.
