Upper Clubhouse exterior painted; clay courts got fresh clay-soil amended and new court lines were affixed; used scissor-lift acquired; new street signage updated; swim membership were up 35%; hosted 71st Annual Inland Empire Tennis Tournament. (membership average 203)

Indoor courts' lounge area repainted and new carpets from Hearts for SRC fundraising dollars. New coffee maker installed too. (254 members)

Outdoor courts crack repaired and resurfaced with familiar USTA colors of blue and green. Pool tiles replaced and safety features brought to compliance.

Snow storm damage to north and south walls repaired by new 8’ high siding overlay (covered by insurance except for $1,000 deductible). Heating system inspected and serviced, with 50% operating improvement. (187 members)

Energy efficient indoor court lighting installed, and additional wall insulation installed for additional energy savings (energy saving cash incentives provided by Avista). Held 2nd Annual Fundraiser. New court washing machine acquired. (192 members)

Exterior of court building painted “Forest Green”. Indoor courts resurfaced. Held 1st Fundraiser. (209 members)

Carpet replaced in lower floor of upper clubhouse. Lower driveway and parking lot for 40 cars paved, striped, and lower retention basin added.

RR tie timber wall replaced with landscape block wall; canopy added to east end of court building; runaway truck damage to west end of bld’g repaired; landscape lighting added to driveway entrance. (256 members)
